Many new moms want to know what a newborn session looks like. Its my goal to make sure I give you all the information about the process. Sessions should be fun and stress free.

An Inside Look

I think we lose track of time when we have kids, at least that is what many moms say. This inside the session blog will highlight some of the special props, outfits, and the experience that a family had during their time here at Shayleigh Photography. Today we will highlight a recent newborn session which was newborn Owens session.

No Stress Session

When Ashley and her family arrived, I had a couple options already laid out for her. Newborn sessions are typically done within the first couple weeks of life. Some moms would rather me take the stress of choosing outfits away. After just giving birth, having to coordinate outfits is the last thing on a new moms mind. Being one of my previous clients, I knew what she would feel comfortable in and had those options available to change into upon arrival.

Siblings Welcome

I also had options for her older son and husband to change into! The only thing Ashley had to worry about was nursing if need be. Luke, her son was excited to be apart of the pictures. I made sure to make him feel included. Going from an only child to a big brother is a big deal and including them in the process important to me. I am sure it is just as important to you.

Being able to see some of my client’s children grow up is such an honor. Watching families grow and being apart of capturing that is meaningful. I am completely invested in your family and I want to be the one you turn to for pictures. I want to showcase client’s sessions so that you get an inside look of what your session will look like.
